One-on-One Mentoring

Our mentoring program includes but is not limited to one on one mentoring, brainstorming sessions, group classes and workshops. In these classes/sessions you will be given biblical plans and strategies to take you spiritual life to a deeper level. By doing this spiritually you will see significant transformation in every aspect of your life. The word tells us that my people perish for lack of knowledge yet it tells us to have knowledge and not use it, is lack of wisdom (Hosea 4:6, Proverbs 3:13-18, Proverbs 19:20, Ephesians 5:15-17). Our desire is to see you grow in knowledge and begin to apply the knowledge and watch the transformation begin to take place (Romans 12:2, John 8:32).

At the heart of FRM is to teach and preach Jesus Christ in a way that the Holy spirit can move on, speak to and equip believers to be transformed, refreshed, renewed, restored and equip to walk out this thing we call life (2 Peter 1:3). We firmly believe that creating an atmosphere for the miraculous, revival and transformation, comes only through a sincere desire to have deeper relationship Christ. Relationship comes by cultivating relationship, a believer positions us to receive all He has made available through the finished works of Calvary.
Our services, revivals, events and workshops, although structured, are always subject to and submitted to the leading and the work of the Holy Spirit. At any point He is able to interrupt our plan and move on His people how He desires. FRM knows that true change/ repentance comes when the Holy Spirit is free to work as He wills.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching is a profession that is completely different from counseling and therapy in that the coaching process examines what is going on in the person's life right now. Coaching helps by unpacking what obstacles or challenges are and formulating a course of action to help them achieve the things that they want in life.
A life coach will provide a safe and empowering space for individuals to identify the ways that they want to improve their life and then create goals that are positive, future focused and inspiring. They will help to break down these goals into manageable steps to help the person transition from where they currently are, to where they want to be.

We Believe In Kingdom Business

We believe that our business is building the Kingdom of God one life at a time. Our desire is to help other people and ministries do the same. We first and foremost believe that JESUS CHRIST is the son of the living God and is King over Heaven and earth. It is through Jesus that salvation comes and is the only way to the Father. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life and through his life, death and resurrection we are saved from damnation and able to partake of all the finished works of Calvary. Jesus was the word made flesh and was sent to heal all our disease (dis-ease) (John 3:16; Acts 1:9-11; Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 4:12; John 14:6; Mark 1:10-11; John 1:14; Philippians 2-6-11; Isaiah 9:6; Romans 1:3-6).
We believe the BIBLE is the infallible and authoritive written word of God given to believers to train, equip, transform and destroy all bondage. We believe His word is sharp and corrects yet heals restores, makes free and brings unity with Christ and man. We believe it is through His word that believers grow in faith and is vital in the developing of a deeper relationship with God (2 Timothy 3:14-17; Psalm 19:7-8; Deuteronomy 6:6-9; Colossians 3:16; Hebrews 4:12-13; Romans 15:4; 1 John 5:13; Matthew 4:4; Ephesians 6:10-17).
We believe that REPENTENCE is the work of the Holy Spirit and is the means by which the lost are saved. Repentance in a believer’s life brings true transformation, healing and restoration (Matthew 4:17; Proverbs 28:13; Acts 8:22; Luke 17:3; 2 Chronicles 7:14; 2 Timothy 2:24-25; Isaiah 30:15; John 6:44; John 16:8).
We believe the HOLY SPIRIT was sent so that we would draw closer to The Lord Jesus Christ and is a precious gift that draws the lost and believers to repent (turn from) of sin. We believe that the Holy Spirit convicts the lost and draws to salvation and this work is a continued throughout the believer’s life (John 6:44; John 16:8; John 16:13).
We believe in the INFILLING/BABTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT WITH TE EVEDENCE OF SPREAKING IN TONGUES. We believe this is a gift given to all that ask and is a gift given to help, encourage, refresh, empower and cause to speak in tongues. The Holy Spirit is given so that when our natural mind doesn’t know how to pray the Spirit will make intersession for us. We believe that when Speaking in tongues, the believer is speaking not to man but to God and are coming into agreement on the deepest level of what is in the heart of God. By Praying in the Holy Spirit/speaking in tongues, the believer seeks the mind of God and the Holy Spirit reveals God’s mind to the believer (John 6:44; John 16:8; John 16:13;John 16:14-15; Luke 4:14; Luke 24:49; Romans 15:19, Acts 3:4; Acts 4:8; Acts 31, Acts 9:17; Romans 8:26-27; Jude 1:20 Isaiah 28:11-12; I Corinthians 2:10; Romans 8:9 1 Corinthians 3:16; 2 Timothy 1:14; John 14:17; 1 Corinthians 12:3; 1 Timothy 4:1, Hebrews 3:7, Matthew 10:20, Acts 2:4, Acts 8:29; Acts 10:19; Acts 11:12, 28; Acts 13:2; Acts 16:6-7; Acts 21:4, 11)
We believe that once a believer accepts Christ as their Lord and Savior, they are graphed into the family of God and because of this THERE IS NO REAL DEATH FOR THE BELIEVER. We believe death is not the final destination but rather when a believer passes from this life they step into REAL LIFE. We believe that death is only the beginning of eternity (2 Corinthians 5:8; Luke 23:43 1 Corinthians 15:54-55; Luke 24:5-7).

Our Mission is to help believers develop a deep meaningful relationship with Christ. To build the Kingdom of God and to see "on earth as it is in Heaven". We hope to be a blessing to all who come in contact with the ministry by helping individuals, families, ministries and local Church's to experience the freedom that comes with transformation and empowerment. Our mission is to help believers find what their gifts are and help develop those gifts. We long to see those who are bound walk in the freedom that is available to every believer. We believe that weather it be mistakes from your past, wrong patters of thinking or if by no fault of your own been locked in some kind of prison, every believer can experience freedom through Christ. Our desire is to minister freedom so believers can live the life that God has for them. Like Jesus, we are not afraid of "your mess" but rather desire to see believers walking in complete wholeness, healing, victory and freedom. Through prayer, teaching, preaching, mentoring, life coaching, workshops and by building strong leaders. FRM is passionate about helping people realize their true identity in Christ while recognizing and fine tuning their gifts and talents. Our desire is to be a resource to Gods people, leaders and ministries. Our passion is service, first to Christ and then His people in any way the Holy Spirit leads.
